EpiCity’s Armour Junction Goes Greener
“Wellness, Artistry and Industry,” isn’t just a tagline… it’s EpiCity’s Mission.
EpiCity, Atlanta’s premier real estate firm, partnered with Hannah Solar to add solar and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to its sustainable property, Armour Junction. The 26.7 kilowatt rooftop solar array and five EV charging stations are just the most recent ways Armour Junction is contributing to the Atlanta sustainability movement.
Located on six hundred feet of the Atlanta BeltLine, the property includes several other sustainable features, such as extra roof insulation, energy efficient thermostats, re-used concrete floors, reclaimed wood, community showers, and bike racks to encourage employees to run, walk and bike to work.
“Hannah Solar is proud to be a part of EpiCity’s sustainable mission,” said Joseph Waybright, Business Development Manager for Hannah Solar. “We commend them for their environmental efforts and hope the community follows their lead.”
“Armour Junction aims to raise Atlanta’s environmental rankings while providing a better and more sustainable community,” said EpiCity principal Tom Stokes. “Sustainability is important to us and the businesses that make Armour Junction their home.”
