Contec installs one of the largest rooftop solar arrays in South Carolina.
Contec has an enormous south-facing roof that is ideally suited for solar energy so when Act 236 passed, they were eager to consider the business case for solar. Their goal was to maximize the Duke Energy Rebate so we designed a flush-mounted solution that increases installed capacity by 30% over tilted solutions. The final result was 967kW of installed capacity which is one of the largest rooftop solar projects in South Carolina.
